You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

• Transmitting any harmful or malicious software or code.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POF Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POF Asia, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
